where I've been...

I haven't blogged in a long time, months to be exact. It turns out it was not only the long Michigan winter that was making me feel so bad, but it was also extreme anemia. I ended up in the emergency room a few weeks ago & i have been reconsidering my life ever since.
I need to plug back in to my muse & learn not to do so much. I have tried to please everybody but my self & my muse & we have both suffered for it.
What do I really want to do with myself? that's a good question. I am still pondering.
I'll let you know just as soon as I figure it out.

Its Spring!

Yes, I do believe Spring is finally here!
In celebration here is my newest bead:
"POSSUM MAMA"
She is carrying her new spring babes on a little adventure.
She can be strung either right side up or upside down since possums are tricky that way!

Still waiting...

I am still waiting for spring. When I woke up this morning to let the dogs out I looked down at the snow on the deck and thought to myself "OH F*CK! Here we go again" and then I looked up across the yard and saw how beautiful everything was. I was glad for the snow.

I have to remind myself to see the beauty in it.

I haven't been around here much I'm either to busy to blog-or too unispired. I am hoping to update at least once a week for the new year.
I'm working on updating my website, hopefully that will be done soon.

Tuesday was my girl's first day of kindergaten! She walked up the steps all by herself. She is a bold little girl! I was very proud of her.
